Breakfast Club and After School Club

Flore Breakfast Club is open to all pupils attending Flore CE Primary School. The club operates in our school hall led by our Breakfast Club Supervisor, Miss Wilson.
Breakfast Club is open 7.45am-8.45am, Monday-Friday, term time only and costs £5.50 per session.

They are provided with a nutritious breakfast which includes a variety of; cereals, fruits, drinks, and breads.

After School Club is open to all pupils attending Flore CE Primary School. The club operates in one of our classrooms led by our After School Club Supervisor, Miss Wilson. 
After School Club is open 3.15-4.45pm, Monday-Friday, term time only and costs £6.50 for any stay up until 4.45pm.

Pupils will be provided with a healthy snack and drinks.

Pupils attending the clubs will take part in various activities involving arts and crafts, board games, play
resources and have the opportunity to complete homework. 

Registration and Booking
To register your child onto Flore Breakfast Club or After School Club please complete the registration form below indicating the days you will require the service (completing a registration form does not guarantee a booking for your child). This needs to be returned to the school office. The form will allow us to ensure that pupil to adult ratios are sufficient each day.
New Reception pupils will only be able to attend once they start school full time.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. If your child has been allocated a place, a confirmation text message will be sent. You will then have access to bookings and payment on ParentPay. Bookings for the following Monday must be made by Thursdays at 23:59. No refunds will be given for absence and a minimum of one weeks notice is required to cancel a booking without a charge.

 If you are not registered with ParentPay, please speak to Miss Garlick in the school office or email
office@floreceprimary.co.uk to gain a username and password.

Personal Information
Breakfast Club and After School Club will use information from school records given by parents relating to their child’s contact details, allergies and dietary needs. Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure personal information is kept up to date  with the school office.

Childcare Vouchers
The school accepts childcare vouchers to help support the costs of wrap around care. Please let the school office know the company you use and a reference number will be supplied. 
Once the school receives the payment into the bank account, your child's ParentPay account will be credited with the amount.
