English is taught following the teaching framework

RE We follow the Northamptonshire Syllabus for Religious Education: 'Growing Together' and we also incorporate 'Understanding Christianity.' |
Phonics |
The Curriculum is topic based. History, Geography, Science, Music, Art and Design Technology are taught through the topics on a 2 year cycle. Computing is taught on a one-year cycle and the children are taught about e-safety every term. Computing is also Incorporated into other areas of the curriculum. French is taught in years 3-6 using the Catherine Cheater scheme.
The broad and balanced curriculum is designed to prepare children for life in modern Britain and spiritual, moral, social and cultural development through enrichment activities.
